Anual Events
Boat Parade
The Boat Parade is held during the 4th of July weekend at Raymond's Cove, off of Sand Beach Mt. and Palisades Road. Participants choose a theme, decorate their boat, and may dress in costumes & use music. Prizes are awarded. Spectators may view from the shore (bring a chair) or from their boats.
Membership Meetings
General Membership Meetings are held in mid-July and mid-August at 9 a.m. at the Town Hall. There is an outside guest speaker, and the current status of projects are presented. Antendees are provided an opportunity to speak, and proposals may be voted on.
Golf Outing
The Golf Outing is usually held on the first Friday in August. There are numerous prizes; best team low gross after handicap, longest drive, closest to the pin, and more. The event includes a continental breafast, lunch and social.
Mid-Season & End-of-Seasons Parties
The parties are held early July and early September. Individual members receive two tickets for soft or mixed drinks, while family memberships receive 4 tickets. Complimentary light refreshments are provide at the July party. The End-of-Season usualy has live music, an those attending are asked to bring refreshments to share.
